Zuper Hotels & Resorts, a prominent resort management company with properties across Maharashtra, has launched its first co-branded property, The Cliff by Zuper. This strategic move signifies the company’s commitment to redefining the hospitality experience and broadening its influence within the industry.
Akaal Manchanda, Founder and Director of Zuper Hotels & Resorts, commented on the launch, saying, “This is a major milestone for us as our experiential properties come together under an umbrella with a focus on differentiated experiences. Our very first co-branded hotel, The Cliff by Zuper, gets a facelift with ‘Zuper’ suffixed across its valued name.” He further explained, “After consistently promoting standalone properties with unique identities, we’re now advancing to co-branding our properties, leveraging our established reputation and reach.”

Situated in the picturesque town of Panchgani, The Cliff by Zuper offers a luxurious retreat perched on a cliff, with uninterrupted views of the valley and lake. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, from an infinity pool to private balconies with panoramic vistas. The resort features 41 rooms across five categories, each designed with contemporary interiors and plush furnishings, catering to a variety of stays, from romantic getaways to corporate retreats.
As part of its long-term strategy, Zuper Hotels & Resorts plans to co-brand additional properties in the near future, with ambitions to expand to over 25 destinations by 2026. This year, the company aims to add more than 800 rooms to its portfolio, reinforcing its presence in the hospitality industry.
