Visa2Fly raises $2M seed funding to simplify global visa access – ET TravelWorld

3 Min Read

Visa2Fly, a travel technology startup focused on visa processing, has raised USD2 million in seed funding to strengthen its automation-led visa solutions. The round was led by M Venture Partners and included participation from Flipkart Ventures, FinSight Ventures, and Thinkuvate.

As outbound international travel continues to rise—28 million Indian nationals travelled overseas in 2024, according to the Ministry of Tourism—Visa2Fly is positioning itself to address one of the most cumbersome aspects of cross-border travel: visa accessibility. While flight and hotel bookings have become streamlined, the visa process remains opaque and inefficient. Visa2Fly’s platform is designed to address this gap using AI-enabled automation, real-time tracking, and integration with major travel platforms.

With the new investment, the company plans to enhance its verification tools, deepen automation capabilities, and expand its reach through new travel partnerships. The startup currently provides visa solutions for more than 70 destinations, including the UAE, the UK, Singapore, and several countries across Europe and Asia.

Vijayendra Bawa, Founder & CEO of Visa2Fly, said, “Visas have long been the most outdated aspect of travel—often unpredictable and complex. With this investment, we aim to solve a global challenge through enhanced automation, streamlined integrations, and a user-first approach that reduces delays and uncertainty in the visa application process.”

Founded in 2022 by Vijayendra Bawa and Dhruv Kumar, Visa2Fly works closely with leading travel brands such as ixigo, Acko, NiyoGlobal, SpiceJet, and WeGo, embedding visa services into their existing booking flows. This allows users to complete their travel arrangements without navigating multiple systems.

Mayank Parekh, Founding Partner at M Venture Partners, said, “Visa2Fly is addressing a real pain point in international travel. The team’s technology-first model is scalable and well-positioned to redefine how travellers secure visas, not just in India but globally.”
