DreamFolks reports 14.5 pc revenue growth in 9M FY25, expanding global presence – ET TravelWorld

DreamFolks Services, India’s largest aggregator of travel and lifestyle services, has announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. The company achieved a revenue of INR 3,401 million for Q3FY25, marking an 11.5 per cent year-on-year growth. For the nine-month period, DreamFolks saw a robust 14.5 per cent increase in revenue compared to the same period in FY24, driven by strong performances in air traffic and credit card segments.

Liberatha Kallat, Chairperson and Managing Director of DreamFolks, highlighted the company’s strategic initiatives: “During the first nine months of FY25, air traffic and credit card growth increased by 6.7 per cent and 13.7 per cent respectively. Our overall revenue growth surpassed industry expectations, largely due to the addition of new clients. Our strategic focus on expanding beyond travel into lifestyle services will continue to fuel our growth in the years ahead.”

The company’s client base has significantly expanded, with 13 new enterprise clients, including MakeMyTrip and TBO, joining during the quarter. In addition, several new banking clients transitioned from competitors, underscoring DreamFolks’ strong service quality. The revenue contribution from services beyond Indian airport lounges grew to 6.9 per cent in 9MFY25, up from 5.2 per cent in 9MFY24, reflecting the success of the company’s diversification strategy.

During the quarter, DreamFolks introduced several new services, such as Baggage Wrapping and Coffee at Malls. Additionally, the company expanded its domestic lounge network with two new lounges at Ayodhya and Goa Dabolim airports, bringing the total to 76 lounges. Internationally, DreamFolks added 16 global lounges and 18 new food and beverage outlets in the Middle East, further extending its reach to over 380 airport terminals worldwide.

The company’s strategic focus on diversification, client growth, and global expansion continues to drive its success. “We are building a business that sets new benchmarks in the industry, with a commitment to sustained growth and customer satisfaction,” Kallat added.
