Effective immediately, Ramos will lead strategic initiatives and operations across the region, driving growth for RCI and its affiliated brands, including 7Across and @Work International, under the Travel + Leisure Co. portfolio.
Based in Australia, Ramos brings over 16 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Renowned for his expertise in finance and analytics, he specializes in data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, foster financial growth, and deliver superior value to members and affiliates.
Prior to joining RCI, Ramos successfully led 7Across and spent a decade at Mantra Group, where he played a pivotal role in repositioning the brand and optimizing business functions to enhance member experiences.
