The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) has appointed Nitin Sachdeva as its President for 2025, with an experienced team of leaders forming the new International Board of Directors. This announcement underscores the commitment to advancing the incentive travel industry globally.
The SITE International Board of Directors for 2025 brings together distinguished professionals from around the world, dedicated to the continued growth and development of incentive travel. Nitin Sachdeva, CEO of Venture Marketing, steps into the role of President, succeeding the Immediate Past President, Karim ElMinabawy, President of Emeco Travel, Egypt/Emirates. “I am honoured to lead SITE as we continue to advocate for the transformative power of incentive travel,” said Sachdeva. “Our focus will be on expanding our global reach, enhancing member value, and fostering the next generation of industry leaders.”
The new leadership also includes Hasan Dinc, Managing Director of ODS Turkey, as President-Elect, with Marissa Fernandez, Managing Director of DMS Destination Marketing Services, serving as Vice President of Membership. Meenaz Diamond assumes the role of Vice President of Finance, and Jennifer Attersall, Senior Director of Client Engagement at Business Events, Destination Canada, takes on the position of Vice President of Education & Certification.
Newly elected directors include Kim Napolitano, Executive Director of Industry Relations at Hilton, and Marina Parra-Flechsig, Managing Director/Owner of Weichlein Tours + Incentives. Caoimhe Rice, Director of Sales at Moloney & Kelly, will represent Young Leaders on the board for a two-year term.
“The newly elected board members bring diverse expertise, and I look forward to working closely with them to further SITE’s mission,” said Sachdeva. The 2025 board will officially assume their roles on 1 January 2025.
