Encalm Hospitality elevates leadership team to drive future growth – ET TravelWorld

Encalm Hospitality, a leader in transformative airport hospitality in India, has announced the elevation of four key team members, recognising their contributions to the brand’s growth and success. This move aligns with Encalm’s strategy of fostering leadership from within and maintaining a strong foundation for its next phase of expansion.

Pooja Bhondekar has been appointed Business Head – Airport Hospitality. In her new role, she will oversee the delivery of premium services across Encalm’s airport operations, leveraging her experience in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Ruchika Chauhan has been elevated to AVP – Design & Technical Services, where she will lead the design and execution of Encalm spaces, including lounges, spas, and airport hotels. Her creative vision has been instrumental in defining Encalm’s design language.

Tanya Bhadra now serves as Head – Sales, Marketing & Digital Transformation. She will drive digital initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen Encalm’s brand presence across B2B and B2C channels.

Francis Gill has taken on the role of AVP – Business Relations, Regulatory & Corporate Affairs. With extensive experience in aviation, he will lead regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, and corporate governance.
